Refund policy
Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be delivered and processed. We will send you an email confirmation when your return arrives and a separate email confirmation when your return is complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Pink Lily E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file within 24 hours.
